Why isn't my document showing up at the printer?

If your document isn't showing up at the printer in the Franklin library computer lab, then a virtual connection must be re-established and your computer just needs to be linked to the printer again. In such a scenario, the personnel in the I.T department, whose offices are located directly next to the doorway, adjacent to the computer lab entrance, can be contacted at (615)-329-8773 to assist you. If I.T. isn't available to assist you then the library assistant or night supervisor working in Access Services knows how to do so and is present to assist you.

If your document isn't showing up at the printer and you're printing from a USB device, then be sure the document you're printing is saved on the device in PDF format. The printers only read documents saved in PDF format.

As for the printing machine on the first floor of the library, you have to save your documents to a USB device in order to print. Keep in mind to have the document you desire to print saved in PDF format.
